The short version
This notice covers blue-betz.co.uk, an independent information portal that reviews Bluebetz casino and sportsbook. We are not the operator, so this policy explains what OUR site collects when you read an article, use the search box or send us a message – not what happens once you leave here and register on the operator's own platform.
In short: we collect the ordinary technical data any website collects, we don't sell it, and you have clear rights over what we hold. If you go on to create an account with Bluebetz, its own privacy notice takes over from that point.
Data you hand over vs data we observe
Some information you give us directly – your name and email address if you use the contact form, or anything you type into a message to [email protected]. Other information we simply observe as you browse: your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and how long you stayed, gathered through standard analytics cookies.
- Data you provide – contact-form submissions, email correspondence, newsletter sign-up if offered.
- Data we observe – technical logs, cookie identifiers, approximate location from IP address, referral source.
We process this to run the site, answer queries, and understand which articles are useful – not to build a marketing profile for the operator or anyone else.
Processors and transfers
We rely on a small number of third-party processors – hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers – to keep the site running. Each acts under its own data-processing terms and only handles what's needed to deliver its service. We do not sell personal data to advertisers, brokers or the operators we review, and any transfer outside the UK or EEA is made only where the receiving provider offers an adequate level of protection.
Exercising your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask us to:
- confirm what data we hold about you and access a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- erase data we no longer have a reason to keep;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent for anything based on it, at any time.

Retention
We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your query and any follow-up, and technical/analytics data for a limited retention window before it's aggregated or deleted. We don't keep personal data indefinitely "just in case" – once the purpose it was collected for has passed, it's removed.
Under-18s
This site, and the gambling content it reviews, is intended for adults only. Access is restricted to visitors aged 18+, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact [email protected] and we'll remove it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processors, the law, or how the site works. The current version applies from the date it's published on this page; check back periodically if you want to stay current.
